• Project Scope: Create a suite of branded master templates for a professional services consultancy using Google Workspace.
• Deliverables: 8 master templates based on provided brand kit, formatting specifications, and document architecture.
• Content: Templates will use placeholder text and be populated with client-specific content after delivery.
• Document Templates Available: NDAs, Master Services Agreements, Statements of Work, Data Processing Agreements, Website Terms and Conditions, Formal Assessment Reports, Workshop & Training Materials, and Client Correspondence.
• Formal Assessment Report Template Features: Most complex template with branded cover page, multi-level section numbering, risk rating tables, assessment tables, summary tables, recommendations roadmap formatting, and page count indicator.
• Workshop & Training Materials Template Features: Mixed format with agenda tables, module structure sections, facilitator note callout boxes, participant worksheet sections, and action plan tables.
• Client Communication Templates: Covers client welcome packs, monthly reports, and engagement letters with a warmer feel but maintaining brand consistency.
• Internal Document Template: Covers internal documents like Gold Standards reference, SOPs, and terminology guide with a clean and functional design.
• Standalone Deliverables: Includes a branded training completion certificate and a Canva file for a branded report cover page.
• Deliverable: A one-page Google Doc documenting all brand application details, including fonts, colours, margins, and styles.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Google Docs for applying styles, configuring headers/footers, and using table styles. Canva experience is beneficial.
• File Access: All project files, including Google Docs templates, Canva designs, and the Brand Application Reference Sheet, are stored in a shared Google Drive folder.
• Revision Policy: Two rounds of revisions included, additional revisions at separate cost.
• Confidentiality Requirement: Signing of a Non-Disclosure Agreement is mandatory before project commencement.
• Application Requirements: Portfolio samples, fixed-price quote, availability confirmation, and experience with Google Workspace template production.
