Google doc designer Needed - White Paper / Report Design

We have a 9-page white paper , a woman-owned consulting firm. The content is complete — we just need it to look as professional and compelling as it reads.

We have reference examples from similar reports in this space (Blue Star Families, NMSN) and a Canva brand guide with our colors, fonts, and logo.

What We Need

- A fully designed version of the white paper that matches our brand guide
- Cover page, table of contents, section headers, and footer on every page
- Callout boxes / pull quotes for key statistics (e.g. 84% education rate, 20% unemployment)
- Phase framework visuals (we have a 3-phase: Convene → Equip → Train model)
- Outcome tables for 3 implementation phases
- Clean, readable body text with branded headings
- Deliverable in **Google Docs** (preferred) or a format easily editable in Google Docs
