GIF Image convering to illustrator file and changes made

Design details: Design details: I have an image that is currently in a gif file, and require it converting to an adobe illustrator file, or re-creating in illustrator so I can change the layout and resize the image for print.

I have attached the original gif file.

I also need some changes making to the image, e.g the text colour needs changing and parts of the background color need changing also.
