Full Time Working Designer(Photoshop/Coreldraw Etc

Hi
I am looking for a Full time Designer for my company,we design websites in which we have a regular requirement of banners,logs,small images PSDs.I am looking for a person who is proficent in Photoshop/coreldraw or matching software ,no online stuff like canva etc.
I will work on full time/project basis depending on my requirement.
Also not too high on budget but if we work together we for a lng term this can surely be taken into consideration
