Freelance Artworker / Retoucher Needed: Photoshop, Retouching, Resizing, Image Prep

We’re looking for an experienced artworker/retoucher to support us with a series of image deliverables. You must be confident working with layered PSDs, precise file structures, and clean, consistent export workflows.

The work includes:
- Photographed books (showing covers and internal spreads): applying background colours, retaining natural shadows, and delivering layered PSDs + optimised JPEGs (approx. 100 images)
- Resizing tasks: preparing web- and Instagram-ready JPEGs (approx. 200 images)
- Preparing organised folders, correct naming conventions, and contact sheets.

Requirements:
- Advanced Photoshop skills
- Ability to retain natural shadows (no hard cut-outs)
- Delivers layered PSDs + JPEGs for multiple formats (web, social, email)
- Strong attention to detail, especially in naming, sequencing, and file organisation
- Comfortable working with structured checklists and delivery workflows
- Reliable, consistent communication

Process:
You’ll complete one test project first (applying background colours and resizing - approx 6 images). Once approved, you’ll continue with the full batch. Files are delivered via WeTransfer.
