Free the horse

I have inherited a set of logos which were created in Adobe Illustrator. I can supply the full file.

I need to extract one part of the logo - a square cutout of just the Gateway and the Horse with no text, in white on a blue background (#1d71b8); resize it to two new sizes (a) 100mm x 100mm and (b) 25mm x 25 mm, then saved in two separate files for use with Adobe InDesign, for commercial printing (I don't need png or jpg versions).
