Format simple cookbook

I require formatting of a a simple 44 page A4 booklet, comprising a front cover, introduction/forward page, 82 recipes (two per page).

The recipe pages are text only and can be black and white.

I would like an example of one page, so the template can be approved before the rest of the booklet is completed.I have all files as PDF.

The cover pages, I have some images that just need arranging in a pleasant style around the title.

I have attached two sample recipes.

I require the final document as an InDesign file and also a print ready PDF with 3mm bleed.
