Flyers & Posters for Aesthetics Company

I am in need of someone to design a flyer and poster for an aesthetics company. I will need unlimited revisions on design concepts, I am open to ideas and open to accepting what design concepts you have and choosing which ones to develop on. I am looking for something that reflects both professionalism, cleanliness and an aspects of something that will draw a womans attention - floral maybe? Open to ideas.
Our logo is attached so colour schemes should be matching to blue.

I will also be requiring a flyer and poster for various different purposes:
- New Clinic Opening
- Mothers Day Special
- General Info Poster

So with the same design concept I need to develop three different uses of both flyer and posters.
I need someone with a quick response time. As I intend to get this out by the end of the week, I am looking for someone with experience and also I will require an IP agreement that will need to be signed beforehand.
