Flyer for business marketing

Hi,
I am looking for a flyer to be made for business marketing purposes.
I am going to leave the design and content mostly to you, our requirements are;
1) to match with our corporate colours / logo etc
2) to take design content from our website, elaborate a little, possibly include some royalty free images, we can also send you images.
3) Format should match a standard print format, for example an A5 brochure. I am thinking probably portrait layout, 6 pages.
4) we will require the design in Adobe in design, illustrator or photoshop format, along with high quality pdf and reduced size PDF.
5) Not too many questions etc, read the brief, look at the website and get to it.
