Flyer design for my estate agency

I require an eye-catching and professionally-designed flyer to promote my estate agency's expansion into a new region. The two-sided flyer should communicate our entrance into the property market in this territory while aligning with our established visual identity.

On one side, a short introduction of no more than 75 words is needed to concisely outline our core services and history of success in existing localities. It should highlight our personalized approach and emphasize the new director who will spearhead operations in this area.

The reverse must feature a call-to-action not exceeding 50 characters announcing a limited-time reduction on standard commission rates. Impactful yet straightforward wording is essential to attract potential clients and home sellers.

In terms of layout, a clean format with ample negative space is preferred. Colors from our signature palette should be implemented judiciously to reinforce brand recognition. Stock imagery if included must depictproperties and suggest prosperity.
