Flyer and pop up banner content and design

I require someone to devise the wording and design for two banners and two A5 flyers. I need one for each of my two businesses - www.primaryskills.co.uk and www.primaryactive.co.uk. The information needed to provide an overview of the services provided by these two companies can be obtained from these websites. I need them to display eye catching content and graphics so that they give our target market promotional information about each of the businesses.
