I have recently had planning permission granted for adouble storey rear extension on 2 up 2 down semi detached house in Oxford (converting into 3 bedrooms dwelling). I am looking for following services
1. Options for a smart and creative floor plan
2. An exterior render for construction and visualisation purposes
3. Electrical and mechanical drawing
4. Building regulations drawings for submission for approval
Do you offer these service and how much would they cost? What would I need to provide?
