Floor plan modifications

I have a floor plan for which I want some minor modifications done to scale and with proper measurements. See attached for the floor plan with some modifications that were done in paint. I would like it cleaned up and the following changes made:

- garage rotated to face down
- stairs up and down reversed
- nook created on the 2nd floor from the stairs up (instead of open to below)
- missing measurements for all rooms added
- instead of pantry in the office/den, just put the right size of the room and maybe add a built-in desk if it fits
- indented wall from the kitchen into the dining room to add standup fridge & freezer, and remove it from the top right corner replacing that with cabinetry
- give me total square footage
- if you can also do it in 3D, that would be great

This is a home to be built, so important that architectural and build constraints are respected.
