Floor Plan Design

You responded to our project some time back. We went with another provider with poor results so wanted to see if you are still interested in helping?

I already have a local draftsman and engineer familiar with local codes so do not need any structural drawings.

I have taken some elements that we want and tried to create a layout. The failure of my abilities is why I need help.

I am attaching the concepts I have, along with a word doc to explain our wants....and what we are tryting to accomplish.
