Film Poster from Photograph/Drawing - fun gift!

Hey, it is my girlfriend and I's anniversary coming up and as a gift I wanted to get a film poster featuring her. My idea was that it could be a bit like the famous 1,000,000 years BC poster or like some of the other classic B-movie posters with the lead actress as the main thing on the poster (see attached file). You could try and do a faithful representation of her or it could be somewhat caricatured.

The title of the film would be "Boobarella" as a play on words of the film Barbarella but also because of my girlfriend is somewhat blessed in this respect. The photos I have included (see attached document) are from a recent trip we took to Jamaica. The first one has me in the photo but please leave me out and just use her image in the final piece. The second photo is another photo as inspiration, either as the main image of her or perhaps to use in the background/back corner. It should also include the text "starring Boss Lady".

If other images or scenes appear as part of the background I would like them to be slightly Jamaica themed e.g.: Jamaica flag, map of island, jerked chicken, drinking red stripe or sorrel beer; but they could also be quite general: surfing, beach sunsets, shacks on beach etc.

The poster is supposed to be fun and sexy. Anyway, I know that is a lot of information but I have had feedback saying the more detail the better when it is this kind of specific, please let me know if you have any questions about it.
