Facebook Banner and Company Logo

I need a banner and a logo!

The (terrible) banner at the moment is just something I chucked together to let people know the idea, but if you could make it professional but not too loud, or too childish, focusing on the colours of the British flag, obviously red, white and blue, that would be great.

For a logo, it will take an expert probably 10 seconds but I need to mix Knight/Night and a British flag in his hand... I had the image in my head of a knight with his metal armour helmet open and a funny smile (to give off a fun, happy feeling) and on his jousting pole, or just in his hand, a British flag and maybe sitting on a moon? Or standing in a crescent moon? See what I mean? Mixing Knight and night, with a British flag. The banner at the top, if you can, keep the same info. The logo I'd put as the square picture and will also be on all advertising material in the city here.

Look forward to your response and assistance. I tried using some programs to make banners but I have absolutely no idea what I'm doing.
