Expert Creative Graphics Designer Needed

I am looking for a candidate with 3–5 years of experience in graphics design, ideally within a digital agency or marketing environment. The successful candidate should have strong design skills and be capable of creating a wide range of digital assets that align with brand guidelines and support campaign objectives. The role includes designing visuals for social media, websites, brochures, presentations, and UI elements.

Required Qualifications
- 3-5 years of professional experience as a graphics designer, preferably within a digital agency or marketing team.
- Fluent English Speaking
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), along with Figma and Canva.
- Design and provide 15-20 creatives everyday
- A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of creative work across various formats and platforms.
- Solid understanding of design principles including composition, color theory, typography, and spacing.
- Ability to adapt designs for multiple platforms such as web, social media, mobile, and print.
- Familiarity with branding, content marketing, and visual storytelling in a business context.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to incorporate feedback constructively.
- Strong time management skills to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

This is a full-time position operating Monday to Saturday, with flexibility for either morning or night shifts (the shift doesn’t matter as long as you complete daily tasks and deliver 15-20 creatives every day). The position is remote, but a designer based in Islamabad is preferred. Salary range is Rs. 50,000 to Rs. 80,000 per month, depending on experience and skill level.
Candidate should be ready to start immediately.
