Excel spreadsheets

Hi,

I'm a freelance Personal Trainer who wants to create excel spreadsheets to improve my systems of work and organise my data.
I want to create spreadsheets to help clients track there own progress so i can send the sheets to them and for them to fill in and send back.
I also want a main sheet to list my clients and record there progress. I would like to be able to send these documents via email and watsaap if possible and have my clients fill in either on a computer or on there smart phone.
To make your life easier i have screen shots from a conference i attended earlier in the year which has a photo of what i would like the sheets to look like etc.
I would like this completed asap please,
