Enamel Pin Designer Required – Specialist Experience Essential

Hi,

I’m looking for a graphic designer to work with on an ongoing basis who has specific, proven experience designing enamel pins. This is a specialised area of product design, so direct experience creating pin-ready artwork for manufacturers is essential.

Please only apply if you can provide examples of enamel pin designs you have created (ideally including finished products).

I have strong concepts and clear ideas for my pins, but I’m not a designer myself. I need someone who can take my ideas and translate them into well-balanced, production-ready designs that will work beautifully as physical enamel pins.

Final artwork must be supplied in manufacturer-ready formats (AI preferred, plus PDF and PNG). You should understand technical requirements such as:

Vector artwork
Pantone colour matching
Layer separation
Line thickness suitable for metal outlines
Bleed and scaling considerations
Back stamp layout where required

For each concept, I would ideally like up to three design variations to review before selecting a final direction.

This will be ongoing work (likely once per month, but potentially more frequently as I'm exploring offering custom designs to my customers too), so consistency and reliability are important.

How many revisions are included
Your turnaround time
Confirmation of file formats supplied

Clear communication is essential. If you are not UK-based, you must have strong written English and be comfortable discussing ideas and feedback clearly.
