Email Signature for a Multi Brand Business

I'm looking for an email signature design that incorporates our 5 brands into the one email signature along with details and social media links. I've attached the information and colour schemes in excel format which is similar to the layout we current use

The links need to be clickable so it probably has to be html coded unless mistaken? I need to be able to edit the content afterwards (as information changes)
