Email Signature

I am looking for a Email signature completing, I have a very good idea of what I want its just a case of designing it so that it can be attached to the bottom of are emails. I believe this may need to be done with HTML so that it can be used with are iPhones etc

If I can't find a designer who can show me how to attach signature to iPad - Mac and I phone we will need help to learning the best way to attach it and which email software would best suit us
