Email Marketing Template Suite- Klaviyo

We are looking for an experienced Graphic Designer with strong email marketing design skills to create a suite of branded email templates that can be used across our lifecycle marketing flows and campaign calendar.

We require approximately 10-12 high-converting email templates that will form the foundation of our email marketing programme. The templates should be versatile, visually engaging and designed with both aesthetics and email performance in mind.

These templates will be used across various email flows and campaigns, including (but not limited to):

Welcome Series
Abandoned Cart
Post-Purchase
Win-Back Campaigns
Product Launches
Educational Content

The ideal candidate will:

Have proven experience designing email marketing creatives.
Be capable of designing templates in their preferred design platform (Figma, Adobe XD, etc.).
Be able to export and/or build the final designs within Klaviyo. Understanding how to effectively utilise a combination of: Native Klaviyo content blocks, Custom HTML sections (where required), Image-based components.
Design mobile-first, responsive email layouts.
Deliver templates that are easy to duplicate and adapt for future campaigns.

Deliverables:
Approximately 10-12 fully designed email templates.
Final templates built and ready for use within Klaviyo.
Any supporting design files.
Basic style guidance for future template usage.

Timeline:

We are looking for a fast turnaround and would like to begin the project as soon as possible.
