Electronic Design Engineer

Hello,

I'm looking for an Electronic Engineer with experience in power electronic, dimming and LED drivers. The person should also be experienced in designing CE compliant devices taking into account EMC and insulation in the design for further product certification.

The project includes the design, schematics, PCB and prototyping of the following boards :

BOARDS

1. 1 x RGBW LED driver 12/24VDC 2A
2. 4 x Isolated Output 0-10V
3. 8 x Triac output 24VAC /230VAC 0.5A
4. 4 x Relay output 230VAC, 16A + active power measurement
5. 2 x dimmer output 230V / 250W


DESIGN DOCUMENTS AND SOFTWARE

The design should be done exclusively using the Proteus 8.9 software. If the person does not own a licence, we will provide access to a Cloud Desktop running Proteus 8.9.

For each design, the following documents should be provided:
- Schematics in Proteus 8.9
- Bill of material in Proteus 8.9
- PCB design in Proteus 8.9
- 2 functional prototype boards

EXPERIENCE

The person must show proven experience of similar projects, including EMC and CE design experience for compliance.
This is a good opportunity for long term collaboration as we do have projects afterward to continue with the successful person.

MILESTONES & COST

The contractor should provide a project milestone showing the cost and delivery time for each board. The boards will be done one after each other.
