Edit an image - simple task

I am looking for someone to complete a simple editing task. Here's what the task involves:

1. use the black and white image that's attached (desk top computer) as the central theme
2. insert the work 'blog' behind the image in large letters, as a water mark (probably light burgundy font)
3, resize the image to: 1904 wide x 507 high

I need this task completed today, so I'm looking for a super quick turnaround time. If this task goes well, I have a second task that needs to be completed today also.
