E-flyer / Company profile needed

I need a graphic designer who can take the content from my website www.airmacs.com and transfer this into a brief, eye catching e-flyer (one page PDF), which I can attach to emails when connecting with new leads/clients.

In addition, I would want a more detailed Company Profile of approx. 4-6 pages. for a more detailed overview.
The chosen designer will have carte blanche to create the document(s) using their own creative prowess.
I do not want you to just copy the look and feel of my website, I am instead looking for innovative and fresh new ideas.

This document MUST engage the user, be memorable, highlight my services clearly and promote my brand for brand recall purposes.

We are an AIR CHARTER SPECIALIST.

Our competitors are ACC aviation, Air Partner, Air Charter Service - you may review their sites to understand the industry. They are multinational organisations, whereas we are a small start up.

E-flyer MUST promote CARGO CHARTER as the main focal point with OBC also included but not quite as important as the Air Cargo Charter, please do not include any passenger/VIP product info on the E-Flyer.

Company profile must include all Services - Cargo / OBC / VIP and Passenger / Consultancy.
