Develop a customised cloud Base logistic software

Can you Develop a customised cloud Base logistic software similar to what DHL use for their
-Parcel Delivering Services
-Warehouse Management
-Transportation Logistic Management ?
This software would be built for my global parcel delivery clients across EUROPE AFRICA AND AEMRICA ETC….
warehouses would be in multiple locations which would be created by my client , for example London, New York, Madrid, Lagos, Abuja , Benin
* costumers can leave packages with us, or post packages to us, for onward delivery to any counrty

we'd like to:
* key their details as well Receiver details into the your secure website, giving them some sort of account reference so we can track their use again in the future
* their details would include their email address and mobile numbers
* print a barcoded label with the destination address and attach it to the parcel

Offer insurance cover YES OR NO
* perhaps barcode scan the item as it left Manchester and email/text the customer to say the parcel was moving
* perhaps barcode scan the item as it arrived in London to confirm receipt
* sort the parcels into delivery regions for Nigeria, and physically group them together before packaging for airfreight
* perhaps barcode scan the item as it left London and email/text the customer to say the parcel was on a flight
* perhaps barcode scan the item as it arrived in Lagos and email/text the customer to say the parcel was out for delivery
* the delivery driver to have an app showing the parcel deliveries to make, and capture ePOD, with the customer being emailed/text to confirm delivery


The software should be a cloud-based system, so your Manchester, London and Lagos and maybe more DEPOT/ warehouse staff can view website portal/account.
Our delivery drivers should be able to use your ePOD app on their Android phones anyway since its cloud base .as downloaded from the Play store

it can optionally GPS track the phones so you can see the route the driver took and where they are now.
We can capture the GPS location of the delivery confirmation, photos at the point of delivery (eg damaged goods), the name of the recipient and their signature.
This information is immediately uploaded from the app to the website, and a PDF POD emailed to the customer
