Designing a new image & logo for my podcast

Using an image, podcast title & some guidance from me, I need someone who can give me a variety of design options (different colors, logo designs, etc.) for use as a new podcast logo. There will likely be an iterative component (change this, move that, more like such-and-such). No tight deadline, but would appreciate action over the next week or so. I've uploaded some files for discussion. My current logo is Pic01. In a broad sense, I'm looking for a new image & logo using Pic02 in the general (comic book) style of Pic03. May need final product in several file sizes & different croppings to facilitate use across various podcast-related media.
