Design powerpoint deck

I have created a powerpoint deck with photo and animations. I want it to have a professional design. This can be in powerpoint or Canva as long as I can use the animation in the same order through a click of the mouse.
I don't have a specific colour scheme, it just needs to grasp people attention when I'm presenting.

I need this done by 5pm UK time - so pretty much a 24h turnaround
