Design of foundation blocks etc for our new house

I need a house construction expert who can confirm over the layout of foundation blocks and block & beam. The blocks need to carry the main timber frame house via a 140mm soleplate. The concrete foundations have been laid and it is proposed to have 775mm to floor level and we need to have at least 150mm void between the block & beam and existing/prepared ground.

I have put forward a sketch below and want to confirm if acceptable to Building Control and warranty provider.
