Design of engineering training facility

Looking for an architect with experience in designing engineering training facilities. My client (a oil company) wants to build a high tech training facility to train their design engineers in CAD, simulations etc, must have experience and good knowledge of such or similar facilities how they are designed, contents and function. The space is 8000 sqm, must be on two levels and may be built with 6,000 sqm and remaining will be landscaped for parking etc. A similar facility to ASET International Oil & Gas Training Academy.
