Design of an A4 presentation folder and 2 small booklets

Design details: Very quick turnaround required!

I need a teacher's information pack to be formatted for print. Design files also required.

This involves:
- a basic design for an A4 presentation folder
- design and formatting of one 8pp A5 booklet
- design and formatting of one 16pp A4 booklet

Design templates can be provided by us in pdf, indesign or illustrator. The booklets should be clearly laid out, easy to read, certain important text highlighted.

We would like the booklets to have different covers so they are easily distinguishable.

A style guide will be supplied along with logos and other branding and a sales brochure to give you an idea our sales formatting. We can also provide a large source of our own images to be used in the booklets.

Copy will be provided with headings, subheadings and different sections clearly labelled. (Total copy for presentation folder: 200 words Total copy for both booklets: approx 5000 words

Please Note: We require to own the design files once this project is completed as well in order to make minor amendments for different events.
Target audience: It is an information pack for teachers, not sales focussed
Content on the front/back side and body: Mainly formatted text with a few photos
Ideas for the visual style: We have a style guide
Extra notes: Attached is a copy of our brochure to give you an idea of our branding and professional image. The copy for all 3 things i also attached as well as a style guide.
