Design of an 8 page brochure and new logo

I have all the copy ready for an 8 page company brochure.
We are a property business and need a very professional, stylish, well designed, branded brochure designing.
The brochure needs to be 8 pages, you decide on the size best for design and print.
This brochure really needs to be visually inspiring and must be completed by a very creative, competent designer.
The brochure needs producing for print purposes but also a high res pdf or ebook style to share as a digital version too.
We are based in Manchester UK so all images and theme need to be of Manchester and salford.
We don't have image stock.
