Design me an improved editable PDF

I already have an editable PDF which is 80% perfect in design layout, which can be used as a starting point.
It does though need some design improvements to make it look more professional.

I am a real estate agent, and the PDF will be used to display photos and descriptions of property for sale.
I will send this property PDF to fellow agents via Whats-app, so it will always be viewed on a very small mobile phone screen.
Because of this, text content, titles & icons must be large and easy to read quickly. See below screenshots of how the PDF currently displays on mobile phones.... But I need this MOBILE VIEW improved to look more professional at instant glance.

Its important the design does NOT show branding or logos. Plain, simple but attractive and fully editable.

Please advise me what you suggest to improve its first impressions.
