Design Marketing and Sales Flyer and postcard

Design details: Looking to hire a designer to put together an 11" x 17" flyer/poster to be hung on bulletin and message boards in schools and community centers advertising our business and a similar (not identical, more brief) 5.59" x 4.33" full bleed (5.47" x 4.21" finished size) postcard to be mailed.

The main goal of the pieces is to promote our services, compelling the reader to hire us. The secondary purpose is a more general here is who we are and what we do. In essence purpose one is the why, and two is the who/what.

Our target consumer is mothers of children ages 3-15.

Designer should be willing to make necessary revisions.
