Design for whitepaper needed (PDF format)

We have a 5,600-word white paper (approx 25-30 pages) that is currently in Word format.

We are looking for a designer, preferably with previous experience working in B2B or SaaS, to design a professional-looking whitepaper (PDF format). This whitepaper will be made available for download from our website. As this will be part of an upcoming marketing campaign, we have quite a tight deadline.

Other Requirements:
- Linked table of contents
- Links in the whitepaper to work in the PDF format
- Creative design for cover and inside pages (some examples below)
