Design for logo

Hi All,

I need a designer who could help me design a logo for one of my projects.

I have an idea of what I want I just don't have the skills to create it but I know that for someone that has the skills it would be effortless.

I just need someone who knows how to use photoshop.

The key word is "DIVERSE" and needs a logo around this word, I thought about the front like the green cap ( NY with the faded stripped) so faded striped with the D then showing the word diverse.

also if you have any other ideas feel free to share.
