Design drawn and vectorized

I need the attached file redawn into a high quality, layered vector file for screen printing.
It needs to contain only 4 colors- the royal blue, the white, the grey and the orange (any area that appears orange at all needs to be the same, one shade of orange). Anything that is black, needs to not be in the image, as that will be the color of the garment showing through.
There is part of the horses hoof that is royal blue, that needs changed to white. It's the part between the E and D in stampede.
I need this ASAP.
