Design and lay out 3 x 3 page (approx) A4 documents for digital downloading

Information for the business: We are a London walking tour company
Industry: Lifestyle/Travel
Design details: I have some copy and images that I'd like to put into 3 A4 documents. They are likely to end up being 3 pages long each. They won't use double spreads, they'll just be a line of 5 or 7 individual A4 sheets. Each document will list 10 tips and have 10 images.

I'd like you to design a simple but highly attractive layout. I'd like the workflow to include time to send me a sample page for the documents, and for you to budget for time for some modifications at this stage. After we've agreed this sample page, you can then use that as the template for all 3 documents. I'd like all 3 to be based on the same visual style.

I'd like your document to look slicker and more stylish than our site, though. It might be good to use both our website and the print edition of Wired magazine as your inspiration – ie illustration-free versions of the following:

You will need to choose headline and paragraph fonts.

I'll supply you with the text, images, company logo and company details. I'd like you to cut and paste these into the final design.

Please supply your finished layout in an editable .indd file – this way we can modify the text a bit so it fits your layout. Please also use fonts that are free to download, pre-installed on a Mac or open access.


When you respond, please tell me when you expect to send the sample pages and the final piece, assuming this project is awarded on Wed 5th Feb and I approve the sample pages within 2 days. Please also send a link to your portfolio.
