Description
Experience Level: Expert
Estimated project duration: Deadline January 28th.
Overview:
We are seeking a design service to format three existing documents in PDF format for a Sustainability Impact Report/White Paper. The documents will focus on environmental impacts of the green ammonia technology for three specific use cases: Fertilizer, Shipping Fuel, and Energy Vector. Each document will range from 13 to 25 pages, with a total word count of around 3k-4k words each, including references. The last 4-5 pages of the document is an annex with tables. The goal is to create a minimalist, informational, crisp and inspiring design that instills a sense of wonder for the future of humankind in connection with nature.
Design Elements:
1. Color Scheme:
- Dark Blue, White, and Bright Green (Client's color scheme - color codes will be provided).
- Each document to emphasize one color for the cover and first pages: Green for Fertilizer, Blue for Shipping Fuel, and White for Energy Carrier.
2. Visual Identity:
- Common visual identity across all documents.
- Fonts, formatting, and style to be consistent throughout.
- According to visual identity of client’s brand.
3. Style Keywords:
- Minimalist
- Informational
- Wise
- Sustainable
- Wonderlust
- Earthly
- Responsible Futurism
4. Content:
- Each document to include approximately:
- 13-20 pages of content plus 4-5 pages of tables
- Word count: 3-4k words
Visual Elements:
1. Tables:
- Improvement on existing sketches for around 5 tables in total.
2. Graphs:
- Improvement on existing sketches for around 5 graphs.
3. Diagrams:
- Improvement on existing sketches for around 6 diagrams.
4. Illustrations:
- Improvement on existing sketches for around 5 illustrations.
One example of each of the above can be found in the 'Examples' file attached.
We can show the sketches we have before closing the deal. You can use AI if you prefer.
5. Figures:
- We expect that you find copyright-free images to put on the document where it makes sense for the design.
Collaboration:
- Regular collaboration and feedback will be sought during the design process.
- Input on the ongoing design will be provided by the client to ensure alignment with their vision.
- Some details are subject to change.
Deadline:
- The project is expected to be completed by 28/01, but it will be done and delivered by parts. Images expected to be done earlier.
Reference Examples:(I'll send the material in chat)
- Houdini
What I like about it: minimalism, sense of inspiration and wonder, of connection to nature, how it transmit the company’s values, how it handles technical text (i.e. page 37 onwards)
- Everlane
What I like: minimalism, crispness, similar colour scheme (dark blue and white) - probably the closest to what I’m looking for
- Conservation International
What I like about it: focus on the message, structure alternating text, images and data, modern but evoking nature
Requirements for proposal:
Please provide us with:
1) Examples of your work that are similar to this project.
2) Answer the question below explaining your vision for this project and how you’re going to approach it/ get it done.
3) Any other relevant information.
Conclusion:
We are excited about the prospect of working together to bring this Sustainability Impact Report to life. If you have any questions or require additional information, please feel free to reach out. We look forward to a successful collaboration.
Thank you,
Nium
