Design a marketing brochure for a warehouse development

We would like to have a marketing brochure A3 double sided, we have contructed a development of warehousing units in lincolnshire and would like to market the warehouses to sell in the business park the units are contructed.

We will provide the details and photographs( if u live near the site , which is Louth, Lincoslnshire) you may take some professional photgraphy but that i would pay extra).
We can give ideas for the loyout but you need to design the brochure and ready for print,
