Design a circuit for a small machine.

I have built a prototype of a machine that I want to take to market and I need a controller board to add some options. The board will need to control the speed of a motor, using a selector switch to select the number of times the spray arm will go up and down. The third dial is a travel lenght selector. 3 positions can be selected and the selector switch determines which limit switch is active.
