Design a 4 page A4 flyer/brochure

Design details: I am looking to have a flyer/brochure designed which include text, three text boxes (which need creating although content provided) a photo and a cartoon.

All content, logo and guide on colours is there, it just needs someone to be able to format.

Overall I think it will cover 4 sides of A4.

This needs to be in a pdf version, as well as being print ready with bleeds.

I am looking for this to be completed by end of business on Thursday.
