Creative Graphic Designer - Artwork

I am looking for someone to take approx. 155 digital 4x6 photos and make one creative art piece that is scaled to fit a 30 x 60 piece of metal that will be used as home decor. I would like the final design to look like one large portrait. A background color and possible filler clipart designs may be needed (possibly vintage clipart - old gas station, old gas pumps). All photos include vintage vehicles and/or drag racing cars. If you feel you have the ability to take my pictures and make them into one large masterpiece, please let me know.
I want to avoid the typical collage style and have the pictures placed and designed as an art piece.
