Creative designer who thinks outside the box

This is a blank page task. We'll provide instructions and details on the project brief. After that, we're looking for someone to use their creativity to work within the guidelines but come up with their own ideas.

Background: we're a community of entrepreneurs. Members of our community are constantly asking for advice and guidance but it's not very appealing (or easy) for people to engage with, as their requests are displayed as a long paragraph of text.

Brief: we want a designer to take 5 examples of requests from our community and brainstorm/draft how we could present this visually to our community. We're testing if the change in format increases engagement.

We're not looking for high-fidelity designs. We're looking for mock-ups or drawings. The idea behind the designs is more important than the polish.
