Create street sign graphics

Looking for someone to recreate the attached print. Background not needed, just need the sign post created, needs to have options for 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 & 7 blank signposts so the family names can be added. e.g. for a family of 2 there would be two blank signposts in the image.

I will need the layered file so that I can add text to the signposts and select how many signposts to show.
