Create apartment renovation plans incl floorplans, electrical, kitchen, bathrooms

Looking for someone with architectural experience, building / renovation plans. Using an existing floorplan of an apartment in a pdf file (to scale, but few measurements given) I need you to set this up (2-d) and do the following:

* Make adjustments (provided) to the layout - some extra walls to create an additional room, breaking out a kitchen wall to open it up, etc.

* Discuss with me the desired kitchen layout, and iterate towards a basic kitchen plan

* Same for the bathrooms (there are two)

* Same for the electrical plan

Note that this is meant to be a first-cut, to try to get the main directions of the layouts sorted out. It is NOT intended to get to a high level of detail. We're under some time pressure, hence the desire to use these plans to get an architect and providers to move more efficiently.

A 3-D version of the apartment that helps us to 'walk-through' it would be extremely helpful.
