Create an AI/PSD file based on a design & template

I need you to create an AI source file with high res PDF and JPG files for a roller banner which is 1200mmx2000mm. I can share with you the files that need to be used and the design, but importantly we need it done by 10am BST tomorrow.

Please note that this requires no design skills; I will send you a file with exactly what we want the design to be and you just have to replicate it in a higher res and larger dimensions. For this reason, the budget is £10.
