Create a training course for my interns

I am the founder of VolunQuest, a volunteer travel agency that trains aspiring teachers to be ESL teachers abroad. I operate through the Mexican Ministry of Education in the public primary schools of Isla Mujeres and Playa del Carmen. I need to come up with a three day training course for my new volunteers and interns about the national English curriculum, lesson planning, classroom management, problem resolution, cultural differences in the classroom, important Spanish phrases for the classroom, and the history, politics and function of the VQ program.

I am thinking of a one hour prezi presentation and lecture a day (3 hours total) with printed materials and homework assignments. I have the materials that I want the course to be based off and lesson plan templates etc. I can spend $450 USD on this project.
