Create a simple but professional PDF presentation

Hello, for this job I'd like you to create a simple but professional looking 5-slide Powerpoint / Google Slides (or similar) presentation that I can edit and then save the output as a PDF.

I will need to be able to edit the words on the slides but the slide layout will remain the same.

The screenshot attached shows you the production values I'm looking for - nothing complex, just simple and professional. I have also attached a screengrab showing you an outline of the content for each slide.
