Create a real estate brochure

A multi page color brochure created in Adobe or comparable professional grade software. Page one will be a banner For Sale page with main photo and offering highlights. Second page will be a Property Details page with a couple of photos and bullet points. Third page will be and Income and Expense page with a couple of photos and more text information. Third page will be a location map. Fourth and perhaps Fifth page will be photo pages. Color/design scheme will match attached "Williams Ridge" flyer with updated company logo and contact information. All photos will be provided in jpeg format. Completed project will be in pdf format.
